Technical Engineer
2022 - Present
As a Technical Engineer I provide IT, Telecoms, Network, and Security services to SMEs. My role includes handling customer support calls and emails, providing 1st and 2nd line support both onsite and remotely, and managing various projects from start to finish. Additionally, I am responsible for onboarding new IT customers, managing email migrations, and creating comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth operations with the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Responding to support queries from customers via phone and email.

Leading customer onboarding and managing projects including AV/RMM installation, backups, email migrations, network setup, server configuration, and documentation.

Providing 1st/2nd line support onsite and remotely.

Configuring network devices (Draytek, TP Link, WatchGuard, Sonicwall, Unifi, UISP).

Supporting and managing Office 365, including AzureAD, Intune, Conditional Access, and migrations.

At the Artz Centre, I collaborated with a team to develop a database for over 350 students using Ninox software. I was responsible for creating student profiles, adding contact information, and documenting their achievements across 110+ productions and awards. This role honed my teamwork, coding, and problem-solving skills, and provided valuable experience in an office environment.
